July 1st is underway and the biggest news of the day is the extension of the Sedin Twins in Vancouver to duplicate 5 year $6.1 million deals.
I think Mike Gillis deserves huge credit on this one for sticking to his guns and not signing them for 12 years like the Sedins had requested.
